Refund Policy

Every reviewer has a free 5-question preview — no payment, no sign-up. Our formulas reference is also free. Please use the preview before purchasing so you know exactly what you are getting.

The moment your payment confirms, your reviewer unlocks and the full question bank is delivered to your device. Because the product is delivered immediately and in full, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been used.

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but never received access — a payment went through and your reviewer did not unlock. Send us your payment reference and we will either fix your access or refund you in full.
• You were charged twice for the same product. We refund the duplicate.
• The reviewer is materially not as described — for example, the exam you paid for is missing its question bank. Report this within 7 days of purchase.
• You bought the wrong reviewer and haven't used it — tell us within 48 hours, before taking any quiz on it, and we will refund it or swap it for the correct one.

• You have already used the reviewer (taken quizzes or mock exams on it).
• You changed your mind after studying the material.
• You did not pass your exam, or were not admitted to your school or position.
• You lost your access link — we will re-send it instead, free of charge.
• Your access was suspended for sharing or redistributing our content.

Message us on Messenger or Viber with (a) the email address used at checkout, (b) the payment reference number, and (c) what went wrong. We aim to reply within one business day.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method (GCash, Maya, or card) and typically appear within 5–10 banking days, depending on your provider.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or any other law that applies to you.
